Laat de kikkererwten uitlekken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Blend de paprika, knoflook en zout tot een saus. Dit kan ook met een staafmixer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verwarm de saus in een pan samen met de tomaatjes en de kikkererwten. Doe ook de Parmezaanse kaas erdoor. Voeg naar smaak wat cayennepoeder en zwarte peper toe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serveer de pasta in borden met de saus er overheen. Garneer evt. met basilicum<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tips: als de pasta droog wordt kun je er nog wat water door doen (vang bijvoorbeeld wat kookvocht op van de pasta). Hou je niet van pittig? Dan kun je de cayennepoeder ook weglaten natuurlijk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parmezaanse kaas bevat dierlijk stremsel waardoor dit recept niet 100% vegetarisch is.
