Hak de pecannoten fijn. Meng deze met de havermout, speltmeel en kaneel. Smelt de kokosolie en voeg samen met de honing toe aan het meelmengsel en wrijf met je vingers tot een kruimelachtig deeg.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schil de appels en snijd in stukjes. Verdeel over een ovenschaal en bestrooi met een snufje kaneel. Verdeel het gezonde kruimeldeeg erover en bak 20 tot 25 minuten in de oven tot deze lichtbruin en krokant is.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serveer bij voorkeur warm.
