Voeg de kokosmelk en agavesiroop toe en roer goed door met een garde.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Voeg daarna de baking soda en citroensap tegelijk toe, dit gaat bruisen en zorgt voor een extra luchtig effect. Het is wel belangrijk dat je de cakejes direct in de oven zet anders verdwijnt het luchtige effect.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Doe daarna het speltmeel en cacaopoeder erbij en meng alles tot een egaal beslag.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verdeel het beslag over de ovenschaaltjes en verdeel de chocolade drops of stukjes chocolade er over en zet ze op een bakplaat in het midden van de oven.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bak de gezonde chocoladecakejes in ongeveer 25 minuten gaar in de oven of ca. 18 minuten in de airfryer.
