Leg de helften met de open kant naar boven in de ovenschaal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hak de knoflook fijn. Verhit een eetlepel olijfolie in een pan en fruit de knoflook kort aan. Voeg in delen de spinazie toe en laat slinken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Doe twee eieren in een kom en kruimel de feta erbij. En de helft van de geraspte kaas. Breng op smaak met peper, zout en oregano. Voeg dan de gebakken en geslonken spinazie erbij. En als laatste, fijngehakte amandelen. Meng alles met een garde of met een lepel goed door elkaar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vul de paprika\u2019s met het spinaziemengsel, en bestrooi de bovenzijde met de rest van de geraspte kaas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zet de schaal in de oven en bak de gevulde paprika met spinazie en feta in ongeveer 25 minuten gaar en licht goudbruin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je kunt de gevulde paprika\u2019s goed afgedekt 2 dagen bewaren in de koelkast en opnieuw opwarmen in de oven.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tip: vervang de amandelen ook eens door walnoten of pecannoten.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u2190 Terug Voedingswaarden per persoon\/stuk Ingredi\u00ebnten: Gevulde paprika De hoeveelheid ingredi\u00ebnten is gebaseerd op een portie voor 4 personen.
