Doe ze in een steelpannetje met 2 el aardbeienjam en een klein scheutje water. Verwarm de aardbeien op een laag vuur totdat ze er lekker glanzend uitzien.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix de kwark en de eieren met een garde door elkaar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Voeg&nbsp;het boekweitmeel, het bakpoeder en een snuf zout toe en klop dit tot een egaal beslag.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vet je wafelijzer in met een bakspray. Heb je geen wafelijzer, dan zou je eventueel ook pannenkoekjes van dit beslag kunnen bakken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verdeel een flinke lepel van het beslag over het wafelijzer. Bak de kwarkwafels aan weerszijden goudbruin. Ga net zolang door totdat al het beslag op is.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serveer de gezonde wafels met een lepel kwark en verdeel de geglaceerde aardbeien daar overheen.
