Zorg dat de bietjes een beetje er onder staan. Laat de bietjes liefst een paar uur, maar minimaal \u00e9\u00e9n, trekken in de balsamico. Schep af en toe om.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Neem twee grote of vier kleine borden. Bedek de borden met plakjes biet (kijk uit voor spetters!) en verdeel er vervolgens de geitenkaas over. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Breng op smaak met een snuf zout en peper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hak de kruiden
